Publishing I formed Studio Tavicat in 1993 with my wife and partner Tavisha Wolfgarth-Simons as an entity under which the two of us together could invent illustrated stories. An absurdist-atheist most of the time and a deist every third Tuesday of the month, I write somewhat ridiculous meta science fiction and fantasy stories that are melancholically comedic. Ranklechick and his Three-Legged Cat, Super Information Hijinks: Reality Check!, and now the very successful ShutterBox graphic novels are a some of the books I write and Tavisha illustrates.
